Decatur Man Johnta Baker arrested for indecent exposure at library
Decatur police have arrested a man who they say exposed himself and inappropriately touched a child at the city library.
Investigators say parents and bystanders tried to detain 19-year-old Johnta Baker after the incident yesterday at the Decatur library, but the suspect fled on foot to the Decatur MARTA station. He was later caught.
Baker faces charges of child molestation and obstruction of police
