The cheating scandal at Atlanta public schools will be a hot topic Wednesday during a meeting of the State Board of Education.

The meeting comes amid calls for Superintendent Beverly Hall's resignation.

She delivered the annual state of schools address at the Carter Center Tuesday.

Dr. Hall dismissed suggestions she step down saying she plans to stick around to clean up the district's problems.

An investigation found 58 schools cheated on the standardized CRCT's.

Twelve principals have been reassigned and another 108 educators have been referred for review.
