Cops sigh, get shovels out to dig up more of Detroit in new Hoffa tip

America just can’t stop digging into the Jimmy Hoffa mystery (the last excavation was under a driveway), and now an aging mafioso claims to know the whereabouts of the Teamster's bones.

NBC 4 New York reports that Tony Zerilli, an 85-year-old former underboss in the Michigan mafia, claims Hoffa was buried in a field in suburban Detroit, 20 miles from the restaurant where he was last seen in 1975.

Zerilli says Hoffa was buried in a shallow grave because his killers planned to move the body, but that the remains were never touched again. Zerilli has a pretty good alibi: He was in jail at the time. [Source]
