EXCUSE me, officer.

One of New York’s Finest thought he was stealing a sneaky glance at Kim Kardashian‘s backside on Monday, but a photographer was there to catch him in the act.

The oblivious boy in blue was standing outside a Manhattan building when the reality star sauntered by in a sheer top and pencil skirt, and clearly enjoyed the view.

Let’s just hope the cops on Kourtney and Scott Disick’s robbery case are less easily distracted.
