Collier Road impassable due to water main break

ATLANTA -

A portion on Collier Drive has been closed, as a result of a water main break.

According to the Department of Watershed Management, the water repairs will continue into they are completed -- the Department has not released a timeline.

Water service in the are has been interrupted and will resume around 5 p.m. Road repairs will begin after the repair is complete and will continue throughout the week.

Motorists are being encouraged to use alteate routes.
