COBB COUNTY, Ga. — A Cobb County woman has been charged with bigamy after police say she married a man before divorcing her husband.

According to an arrest warrant, Diane Tucker married Edwin Windelberg in January 2004. She then married Cesar Alexandro Saldivar in April 2007. The warrant stated Tucker didn't divorce Windelberg until April 2008.

The arrest warrant said Saldivar discovered Tucker's other marriage in 2009.

Authorities said they discovered the multiple marriages the day after they arrested Tucker for trying to steal a pickup truck.

Tucker has been charged with bigamy, making false statements and theft by deception.

At last check, Tucker remained in the Cobb County Jail.
