Cartersville Police Arrest 2 in Prostitution Sting Operation
Alexandra Joy Kim (L), 42, of Carrolton, Tennessee, was arrested and charged with Prostitution. Son Cha Platt (R), 66, of Duluth, Georgia, was arrested and charged with Party to the Crime of Prostitution.

Police in Cartersville say two women have been arrested in connection with an undercover prostitution sting operation on Monday.

According to Cartersville Police Chief Thomas Culpepper, a warrant was obtained and the Asian Hot Body Rub on North Tennessee Street was searched late Monday afteoon. That's when the two women were arrested.

Culpepper says the location had been under surveillance for several weeks.

Alexandra Joy Kim, 42, of Carrolton, Tennessee, was arrested and charged with Prostitution. Son Cha Platt, 66, of Duluth, Georgia, was arrested and charged with Party to the Crime of Prostitution.

Kim and Platt are being held by Cartersville police.

Police say additional charges may be forthcoming.
