Cartersville man Ralph Keene arrested for sexual assault
A Cartersville man who claims he's a Christian counselor is accused of sexually assaulting one of his clients.
Cobb County Police arrested Ralph Gilbert Keene. He faces sexual assault and battery charges after investigators say he touched a woman all over her body and under her clothing during a counseling session.
Investigators say Keene treated the woman for her mental health issues, including bi-polar disorder for three months, but he was not licensed.
