Carriage Crash Driver Gerald Odom Faces Charges
The driver who police say crashed into horse and carriage Friday night, is now facing several charges.
Atlanta police say 28-year-old Gerald Odom has been charged with following too closely, driving with a suspended license, and violating the open container law. Police say Gerald was speeding when he allegedly hit the carriage on Peachtree Street.
Four people were on the carriage at the time. A female passenger is still in critical condition.
