Canton man Heriberto Munoz-Juarez arrested for shooting brother-in-law
Police in Canton say they have arrested a man who they say shot his brother-in-law on Wednesday afteoon.
They say Heriberto Munoz-Juarez is suspected of shooting 30-year-old Hector Heandez on Lakeview Street. Heandez was shot in the chest, and transported to Kennestone Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
Police did not say what led to the shooting.
Police say Munoz-Juarez was arrested at his home on Country Carpet Lane in Canton.
