Atlanta Police: 1 dead, 1 injured in botched car sale

Officials believe the incident, which happened Friday night at a home in the 5000 block of Baker's Ferry Road, began as a dispute over a previously sold vehicle.

According to the police report, a man in his mid-20’s went to the home to buy a car when he got into an argument with another man. The two started shooting at each other. When officers responded to the call of shots fired just before 11 p.m., they found a man dead from at least one gunshot wound

No charges have been announced at this time and the condition of the hospitalized victim has not been released.
