Boater Paul Bennett charged in lake crash released on bond
A man charged in a deadly boat crash on Lake Lanier is out on bond. Paul Bennett was released from Hall County Jail on Monday.
Investigators say Bennett was drunk when he crashed into a pontoon boat in June, killing 9-year-old Jake Prince, and his 13-year-old brother, Griffin.
Bennett is now facing charges of homicide by vessel, boating under the influence and refusing to help the injured.
