Erin Molly Rafferty, 34, of Euharlee was also sentenced to a lifetime of supervised release and will have to register as a sex offender.

According to court records and the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office, Rafferty and Christopher Alan Love became the subject of an investigation after the GBI received a tip that the couple were downloading child poography in 2015.

The indictment stated that Love and Rafferty used, persuaded, induced, enticed and coerced a minor under the age of 12 to engage in sexually explicit conduct to create a picture or video using a computer on Dec. 12, 2015.

The following day, both he and Rafferty helped each other entice a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct to another picture or video using a cellphone.

On Dec. 22, 2015, when they were arrested by the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office deputies and Department of Homeland Security agents they had at least one computer which contained at least one picture or video of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

While Love has pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of children, he has objected to items in a pre-sentencing report. His original sentencing date was postpone and has not been rescheduled.

Bartow County District Attoey Rosemary Greene said state charges are still pending.

The two also face state charges through Bartow County, including 15 counts of sexual exploitation of a child, three counts of child molestation, one count of meth possession and one count of reckless conduct, said Bartow County Sheriff’s Sgt. Jonathan Rogers.
