BARTOW COUNTY, Ga. - An off-duty Bartow County sheriff's deputy faces several charges after his arrest in connection with a domestic disturbance late Sunday night in Bartow County.

The Bartow County Sheriff's Office says deputy Jeffery Todd Rogers, 41, faces several charges including aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts, pointing a gun at another person, and cruelty to children.

Sheriff Clark Millsap says Rogers has been placed on administrative leave until the conclusion of the investigation.
