A woman accused of killing her one-year-old daughter could be released from jail on Wednesday.

Brandy Boyd, is accused of killing her daughter Jouey, alongside her boyfriend Austin Payne in Bartow County.

According to the Bartow County Medical Examiner, this was one of the "worst cases of child abuse" seen in the county. One-year-old Jouey Cowart had a fractured skull, fractured ribs and a fractured leg at the time of her death.

The Medical Examiner believed the abuse started about eight months before the child died.

Boyd was granted a $1 million bond on Tuesday due to a delay in autopsy results.
