Authorities identify suspect Lamaris Grier in cousins’ double murder
DeKalb police are searching for Lamaris Grier in connection to the shooting deaths of two cousins.

DeKalb County police have released the name and picture of a man suspected in the shooting deaths of two cousins over the weekend.

Lamaris Grier, 25, is accused of shooting 23-year-old Jerry Grier and 25-year-old Jaman Mills as they were playing video games at their Bobolink Drive home late Friday night.

Family members said a relative retued to the house to find the horrifying scene.

"It wasn't just one family that he destroyed, it's two," Mills' father, Tony Stone, said. Stone said his son was a good boy, a strong Christian, who he believes, was simply caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.

"I loved that boy and I want whoever did this (to) tu yourself in," Stone said.

Authorities said Grier is not related to the victims. He is believed to be driving a 2005 maroon Mercury Sable with Georgia tag number PNX6356.
