Authorities ID body found at waste transfer station as Raul Alayon
State investigators in Athens have released the name of the man whose body was found at a waste transfer station in Monroe.
Authorities say 60-year-old Raul Alayon was found Tuesday dumped in the trash off Cherry Hill Road.
Investigators say the victim was originally from Uruguay and he died of blunt force trauma.
Officers think someone dumped his body there within the past few days.
