Atlanta woman Jessica Nicole Roberts arrested after months-long sexual relationship with boy, 15
ATLANTA - Jessica Nicole Roberts is charged with statutory rape after authorities say she and a 15-year-old boy had a months-long relationship.
Police in Hall County said the relationship between the 33-year-old Gainesville woman and the teenager started in 2015 and continued into 2016.
They described it as a "consensual sexual relationship."
The case remains under investigation. Roberts is free on a $16,700 bond.
