Atlanta police arrested a suspected burglar early Wednesday after several business break-ins.
Investigators say a homeless couple called 911 after seeing a man break into Salon Moraee on West Peachtree Street.
When police caught up to the man, he took off running.
Officers subdued the man with pepper spray.
They say he had a bag full of tools they believe he used to break into businesses.
Police identified the suspect as 44-year old Vincent Taylor.
