Atlanta man Ladeddric Love killed, 2 others Shot in SW Atlanta

ATLANTA, Ga. - Atlanta police say one person was killed and a pregnant woman and an 18-month old infant were hurt after all three were shot at a southwest Atlanta gas station on Monday afteoon. It happened as the family was filling up the car with gas, and the suspects are still on the loose.

The shooting took place at a Texaco station on Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive SW in Atlanta. Police say the victims included 19-year-old Tedra Jordan, pregnant with twins, who police say was shot in the buttocks and calf, and Jeniya Love, an infant shot in the foot. Both are listed in stable condition.

Police say an 8-month old infant, also in the car, was not hurt. Maj. Keith Meadows says the two adults are the parents of the children.

Ladeddric Love -- 19-years old -- was shot and killed. FOX 5 has leaed the shooting happened as the family was filling their car with gas, and a man pulled an assault rifle, shooting 13 to 14 rounds into their vehicle. After the shots were fired, Love drove teh family's car to the nearby Adamsville Rec Center to get help. That’s where he later died.

Police were said to be looking for two black male suspects who were in a silver-colored Honda. The motive for the shootings was not clear.
