Atlanta Man David Michael Fagerness Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Charges

ATLANTA - A Georgia man has pleaded guilty to transporting child poography using a secret Inteet bulletin board that allowed dozens of members to trade thousands of images and videos of child poography.

David Michael Fageess, 44, pleaded guilty Monday to child poography charges in Los Angeles. The Atlanta man faces at least 15 years in prison and is scheduled to be sentenced on June 6.

U.S. Attoey Andre Birotte Jr. says his plea was the result of an inteational investigation into the ”Lost Boy online bulletin board, which authorities shut down two years ago.

Authorities say the Lost Boy bulletin board was dedicated to men who had a sexual interest in young boys and screened members using a thorough vetting process.

Prosecutors say 16 defendants have been charged for their roles in the ring, and five have pleaded guilty for their roles.
