An Atlanta man has been arrested and accused of attacking passengers at Hartsfield-Jackson Inteational Airport and then stripping his clothes off.

The suspect, Cole Shoemaker asked to borrow a passengers cell phone, and then punched him. He then allegedly slapped a woman in the face.

Police say when they found Shoemaker, he was completely naked and so disorderly that they had to use leg restraints to transport him.

Police say Shoemaker appeared intoxicated and had taken some antibiotics.
