Chris Brown and Drake are reportedly filing lawsuits against each other following their fight in New York's W.i.P nightclub last June.

The rappers and their entourages were allegedly involved in a mass glass-throwing brawl which caused a large amount of damage and injured many people. After the fight Chris Tweeted a picture of his cut chin.

It's widely thought that the fight was sparked when the two argued about their respective relationships with Diamonds singer Rihanna, who officially reunited with Chris last month.

According to US website TMZ, French model Romain Julien has filed a suit against them and the club for injuries he sustained in the fight. Since then both Drake and Chris, 23, have apparently filed legal documents which place the blame on each other and demand the other party pays for the damages, should the model win his lawsuit.

Chris was allegedly involved in another brawl recently with Frank Ocean at an LA recording studio, but according to police that case will be closed without any formal charges being filed. But it doesn't look like all is forgive as Chris refused to join in a standing ovation when Frank won a Grammy.

Let's hope Rihanna's new range for River Island includes lots of clothes suitable for accompanying Chris to court.
