AirTran Cancels Flights To, From Atlanta

ORLANDO, Fla. - AirTran officials said Monday that all flights into and out of Hartsfield-Jackson Inteational Airport have been canceled for Monday due to the winter storm.

Officials said other flights in their system continue to operate as normal.

Officials cited safety conces for the cancellations and to prepare for normal operations on Tuesday, January 11.

Passengers scheduled to travel to or from or through Atlanta Monday will be re-accommodated as soon as possible. Due to heavy call volume at 1-800-AIRTRAN (247-8726), passengers are highly encouraged to make changes to their travel at www.airtran.com   ay AirTran officials.
