Watch Andre Drummond and Jennette McCurdy fall in love over Instagram

Detroit Pistons player Andre Drummond, 20, and iCarly's Jennette McCurdy, 21, didn't need an online dating site. They found each other through hashtags.

We're not calling this a mode day romance. That's too cliched. This is just the story of a guy who had a crush on a TV star and did something about it.

This is a love story best told in pictures. Here we go.

It all started back in July when Drummond posted a picture of McCurdy with the Instagram hashtag #WCW, which stands for "Woman Crush Wednesday", For The Winreports.

His persistence paid off. McCurdy noticed his courtship and took it off Instagram, straight to Twitter (classy).
