A Waer Robins woman faces charges in an accident that killed an off-duty police sergeant two weeks ago.

Waer Robins police say 59-year-old Paula Pender is out of jail on bond, after being charged with second-degree vehicular homicide and failure to yield when tuing left. It happened on June 9th, when her car collided with a motorcycle driven by Woody Hudgens, a Centerville police officer. He died at the scene.

A woman riding on Hudgens' motorcycle suffered critical injuries.
