Tractor-Trailer Wreck Blocks Interstate 20
NEWTON COUNTY, Ga. - A tractor-trailer crash left all lanes on a stretch of Interstate 20 blocked on Tuesday. The crash happened at exit 98, east of Covington.
Authorities say at least two people were hurt in the accident, but the extent of their injuries is unclear.
Traffic in the area remained at a standstill Tuesday evening as crews worked to clean up the mess.
The cause of the accident is not known.
