Three people caught moving cache of firearms into Manhattan

According to police three people were caught oveight with a huge cache of firearms, ammunition and body armor at the Holland Tunnel, which links New Jersey to Manhattan in New York.

According to a report in the New York Post, police at the entrance to the tunnel stopped a truck – with three Pennsylvania residents inside – for a cracked windshield. Police searched the vehicle after spotting a gun and uncovered loaded weapons, about 2000 rounds of ammunition and ballistic vests.

 

They also had a camouflage helmet and nigh vision goggles, NBC reported. The three people were two men in their 50s and a 20-something woman.
