Robert Lancaster, 46, and his wife, Laura Lancaster, 52, were arrested and charged with Cruelty to Children, 2nd Degree after investigators found the inside of their home in deplorable condition.

Forsyth County authorities are investigating the death of a 15-year-old male who was found unresponsive in the yard of a home Monday moing.

According to Major Don Jagoe of the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office, Tray Scott Spencer spent the night with a friend at a home on Walnut Cove Court in Cumming. He says units responded to a 911 call and when units arrived at the home, they found the boy laying in the back yard and unresponsive.
