Teen Dies After Beating At Douglas County Party
DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. - Douglas County authorities have arrested four people in the fatal beating of a teenager during a house party.
Douglas County Sheriff Phil Miller said Horace Damon Coleman, Emanuel Benjamin Boykins, Tracen Lamar Franklin, and Quantez Devonta Mallory are charged with murder in the death of 18-year-old Bobby Tillman.
Authorities said multiple attackers beat the teen during a fight at the house party. Nearly 60 of the partygoers were taken to the sheriff's department for questioning.
Sheriff's deputies said the homeowners were home during the party, but will not be charged in the killing. Miller said there were no signs of drugs or alcohol at the party.
The incident is under investigation.
