ATLANTA - Atlanta Police are investigating after a teen was shot and killed at a gas station Friday evening.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner identified the victim as 17-year-old Daronald Wilkerson.

Authorities say Wilkerson was shot to death at a Texaco Gas Station on Sylvan Rd just before 7:00.

Police believe as least four people including the victim were in a vehicle reported stolen from Clayton County.

They think the shooter was in the vehicle as well.

According to the gas station owner, one of the occupants in the car began shooting. Two people in the car ran away, but one person was shot. An assailant began chasing the other two, but then retued to the scene and shot the victim again, the gas station owner added.

Police released photos of persons of interest who were seen running from the vehicle the victim was found in.

Anyone with information can contact Detective D. Philemon at 404-548-6603 or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477.
