Teen Christian Cramer  Charged With DUI In Deadly Crash

CARROLL COUNTY, Ga. -- Authorities said a teenager has been charged in a deadly crash.

A judge denied bond for 18-year-old Christian Cramer on Thursday. Cramer has been charged with homicide by vehicle and driving under the influence.

Troopers said Cramer was under the influence of drugs when he flipped his car on Caney Road on Tuesday.

Cramer’s passenger, Ethan Chambers, 20, was killed.

Cramer suffered minor injuries. He is being held at the Carroll County Jail.
