The 45-year-old actress has stepped out in Los Angeles looking completely unrecognisable.

The Jerry Maguire star tued heads at ELLE’s 21st annual Women In Hollywood Awards in Califoia on Monday with her super-taut skin and noticeably higher brow.

The famously private Oscar-winning actress — who attended the glam event with her boyfriend Doyle Bramhall II — rarely makes public appearances and hasn’t been spotted in months.

Her last movie credit was in 2010, but her next film, The Whole Truth, is due out next year.

Zellweger is well known for changing her appearance for film roles, including in her tus as the befuddled Bridget Jones.

The actress gained up to 13kg, ballooning to a size 14, to step into Bridget’s shoes — and then stunned fans by quickly shedding the pounds when filming wrapped.
