An attoey for Andrea Sneiderman and former DeKalb County prosecutor was arrested early Thursday moing on a DUI charge.

Atlanta police said an officer pulled over Jennifer Little just after midnight on Interstate 85 near Buford Highway.

Police said little was driving 91 mph in a 55-mph zone.

When she was pulled over, she presented the officer with an expired DA’s office identification card, police said.

Little, 33, refused chemical testing and was arrested on charges of DUI less safe, speeding, and reckless driving. She has bonded out of jail.

Little recently began representing Sneiderman, whose husband, Rusty, was shot and killed in front of a Dunwoody Daycare in 2010.

Andrea Sneiderman’s boss, Hemy Neuman, was found guilty but mentally ill in Rusty Sneiderman’s murder.

Prosecutors repeatedly accused Andrea Sneiderman of having an affair with Neuman and of being a co-conspirator in her husband’s death.

Andrea Sneiderman has not been charged in her husband’s death, but GA Daily News has leaed the DeKalb County District Attoey is moving forward with efforts to build a case against her.
