Smyrna Man Martin Nolasco Arrested in Rape of 11-Year-Old
Police arrested a man in the alleged rape of an 11-year-old girl in Smya.
Martin Nolasco, 21, was arrested last week after family members took the victim to the doctor and leaed she was pregnant.
Cobb County detectives say the victim is Nolasco's distant cousin.
Nolasco is being held without bond.
Police have charged him with aggravated child molestation, felony child molestation and statutory rape.
