Silver Van Scoured for Evidence in Daycare Shooting

DUNWOODY, Ga. - There is new information Friday about the murder of a Dunwoody father.

Police may have found a key piece of evidence against the accused triggerman.

Police described the case as a very active investigation. Dunwoody detectives have been sharing information with the DeKalb D.A.'s office. And FOX 5 News has leaed that a silver KIA Sedona van was processed for evidence in connection with the case at the Dunwoody Police Department Thursday.

At the time of the shooting in November, police said the suspect in a silver minivan pulled into the parking lot around 9 a.m., then pulled up next to Sniederman's four-door Infiniti and shot him inside his car. Witnesses say several shots were fired.

Police in Dunwoody arrested 48-year-old Hemy Zvi Neuman Tuesday in connection with the shooting death of Rusty Sneiderman outside Dunwoody Prep School last November. His young son attends the preschool, and he had just dropped the 2-year-old boy off when the shooting happened.

At a court appearance Wednesday afteoon, Neuman was denied bond and asked for a public defender.

Neuman, a resident of Buckhead, is facing charges of felony murder. He is currently being at the DeKalb County Jail.
