GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - The CEO of an Atlanta based business has been arrested on child molestation charges in Gwinnett County.

Peter Privateer -- 56-years-old -- was booked Tuesday.

Investigators say a 15-year-old girl claims Privateer and her alleged pimp, 38-year-old Marcelo Desautu, had sex with her two years ago at a Duluth hotel.

Privateer is the CEO and president of a data security company, Reflex Systems.
