Lammily – the realistic "anti-Barbie" who can have acne, cellulite and even stretch marks – has reached that important rite of passage for adolescent girls around the world.

According to Time, the doll's creator, Nickolay Lamm, has introduced a "Period Party" kit that includes underwear, menstrual pads and an educational pamphlet. The $10 accessory pack also comes with a calendar with stickers so girls can keep track of their cycles.

"We wanted to put it on the doll so it's not a scary thing," Lamm told Time, adding that he and his team are trying to destigmatize the topic, often considered taboo.

"Let's start an open and positive conversation about our periods," the description reads. The doll's website also features a video called "Da Period Talk," a hilarious ad that you have to see to believe. Check it out here.
