Police: Wife shoots, kills husband in Deerfield Gardens apartment
Atlanta Police say a 30-year-old man was shot and killed at an apartment complex at 2909 Campbellton Road in southwest Atlanta Monday moing.
The incident happened inside a unit at Deerfield Gardens in Southwest Atlanta just after 9 a.m.
Investigators said they got a call about a domestic violence situation and upon arrival found a man shot to death.
Police said some type of verbal altercation escalated to a shooting. The woman accused of pulling the trigger is the male victim's wife.
