LITHONIA, Ga. -- DeKalb County police are searching for leads in an oveight shooting where a young man was killed in his home on Wellington Chase Court in Lithonia.

"Right now it's just too scary to talk about," one neighbor said.

Police said the victim, a young man, was killed Friday night.

A neighbor, who did not want to be identified, said she didn't see any suspicious behavior next door and knew of no one who would want to hurt her neighbor.

"He was a good kid you never see him not smiling he smiled all the time. Just a very mannerable and respectable kid," neighbor Richard Crockett said.

Police said they found sketches inside of the victim's home. They said it appears that he was a tattoo artist operating a business from home.

Channel 2’s Carl Willis said he looked around and found an "infamous tattoo" bumper sticker on the victim's car. Neighbors confirm to Willis that's where the victim worked.

Crockett told Willis he's stunned by the violence and conceed that there have been no arrests.

"That's another thing, that person's still out there right now. Hope they hurry up and catch them," Crockett said.
