If you rock a walrus better than Hulk Hogan, head to D.C. on April 1 to join other facial-hair aficionados converging for the Million Mustache March. Organized by the American Mustache Institute, the event draws attention to the Stimulus To Allow Critical Hair Expenses (STACHE) Act, which would provide up to $250 in tax incentives to mustached Americans -- an idea based on research that says Americans with mustaches ea 4.3 percent more.

Although the tongue-in-well-groomed-cheek campaign may seem like a total goof, H&R Block will donate money for every participant to Millions From One, an organization that provides clean drinking water.

Sans stubble? You can "Stache Yourself" on H&R Block's Facebook page.
