Authorities in DeKalb County at the scene of a crash involving a car that landed in the water, and they say one person is dead. Fire investigators say the accident happened at Crossvale Road and Hunters Valley Road in Lithonia on Tuesday afteoon. The driver of the car had a heart attack, and that caused the vehicle to leave the road.
