One dead after altercation leads to shooting, Anteria Gordon arrested
A man is dead after being shot several times in an incident on Ira St. SW., according to the Atlanta Police Department. Another man has also been arrested in connection with the incident.
24-year-old Anteria Gordon has been charged with murder and aggravated assault, according to Atlanta Police.
Authorities say a man in his mid-20s sustained several gunshot wounds. The man was transported to a hospital by EMS.
The incident began as an altercation with another man. The person responsible for the shooting called 911, remained on scene, and is cooperating with investigators, according to police.
Officers responded to the scene just after 7:30 p.m.
