Newton woman Gabriela Davis charged with child molestation
A Newton woman has tued herself over to authorities and has been charged with child molestation.
According to the Newton police, a mother filed a complaint after seeing inappropriate text messaged between Gabriela Davis and her 15-year-old son. Investigators say the family knows Davis.
The inappropriate relationship between Davis and the teen began less than a month ago, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Davis tued herself in to the Newton County Detention Center on Thursday.
Davis has been charged with child molestation, aggravated sodomy and incest.
