Naked body of 19-year-old woman Bridget Shiel found in Atlanta park

Atlanta police are investigating the killing of a 19-year-old woman whose naked body was found dumped at a Park in Southwest Atlanta.

According to police, Bridget Shiel was found just before 7 a.m. in  Rev. James Orange Park at Oakland City. They believe shiel was shot elsewhere before her body was dumped in the park. She was completely naked and had no identification near her.

The medical examiner said she had multiple gun shot wounds to her back, legs, buttocks and arms and believe Shiel may have been running away from her killer.

Bullets used to shoot victim

In a late afteoon news conference, police said she was shot multiple times with what they called "radically invasive projectiles" bullets a.k.a. RIP bullets.  

Police said the bullets are distinctive and not comonly used. They are hoping someone may recognize them and come forward with information.

Investigators are still searching for her vehicle, red Ford Fusion with Georgia license plate of QAF4531.
