COBB COUNTY, GA - Police say they found what tued out to be a murder suspect sleeping in a gym in Cobb County.

According to a spokesperson with Cobb County police, two officers initially approached the man after responding to a call of a suspicious person sleeping inside a 24-hour gym on Powers Ferry Road on Nov. 6.

Police say the man was placed under arrest after allegedly providing several false names and birth dates. 

The man was eventually identified as Jovan Huggins, who police say was wanted for an October murder in Tampa, Florida. 

Police say a fugitive warrant was secured for Huggins. He was also charged with providing a false name and date of birth.
