ATLANTA -- A man who disappeared after a DeKalb County church was vandalized has been arrested and is in the Fulton County Jail.

Morgan was supposed to have a court appearance Saturday moing, but it was canceled because he was still receiving medical treatment.

Morgan had been missing since Friday.

Morgan was supposed to be watching over a DeKalb County church that was vandalized.

Pastor Easton Brooks found the Increasing Faith Ministries completely ransacked when he arrived at the church Friday moing.

Morgan was designated to watch the church oveight because of previous vandalism, Brooks said, but was gone when the pastor arrived.

Brooks said he isn’t sure if anything had been stolen, but he said vandals destroyed the pulpit, smashed mirrors, knocked holes in the wall and destroyed the choir’s musical instruments.

”These are very expensive keyboards and they are totally ruined. I'm totally lost for words. I don’t know what to say, Brooks said.

Morgan's car was still parked outside the building on Friday moing. His keys were inside the church and a mysterious note was left behind.

Brooks said he did not know if Morgan was responsible for the damage or if he was in danger. Morgan's sister, Inell Gosire, told Channel 2’s Manuel Bojorquez that her brother suffers from schizophrenia and that he may have had an episode.

It is unclear what Morgan was doing when he was arrested.

He remains in the Fulton County Jail.
