MILEY Cyrus has sparked more controversy after she simulated a sex act on a background dancer who was dressed as former US President Bill Clinton.

Cyrus kicked off her fist show on her Bangerz Tour in Vancouver, Cananda, where she gave the racy performance in front of her fans.

Known for her twerking, the pop singer’s final act was her rendition of the hit song ‘Party in the USA’.

Her dancers were dressed as different famous American icons, including the Liberty Bell, Mount Rushmore and the Statue of Liberty.

At one point, she simulated a sex act on a background dancer who was dressed as former US President Bill Clinton, TMZ reports.

Footage of the raunchy act has also emerged (see below).

The move left social media wondering if she had taken it one step too far.

The whole show left fans and onlookers in shock, as Cyrus wore a sparkly marijuana leaf leotard with white, studded cowboy boots.

She sang on top of the hood of a car, and there was no shortage of crotch grabbing, and twerking.

Fans also captured footage of her riding a hotdog in the air during the show.

Cyrus made her entrance through a massive image of her with her famous tongue that she continued to wag repeatedly throughout the show.
