Michael Bublé steps out with padlock on his pants. Seriously
Michael Bublé has made a bizarre fashion statement in New York.

MICHAEL Bublé has come up with a unique way to make sure he doesn't stray while his missus is away.

The Canadian crooner has attached a padlock to his zipper.

Appearing on The View yesterday, the Haven't Met You Yet singer explained his bizarre fashion statement, saying "It's obvious none of you have ever dated an Argentinian."

Things got a little creepy when 83-year-old host Barbara Walters blurted out, "You want the lock, I want the key."

Bublé has a reputation as a womaniser, with his bed-hopping antics rumoured to be the reason English actress Emily Blunt ended their three-year relationship in 2008.

The 38-year-old became a father just over a week ago when his South American wife Luisana Lopilato gave birth to their son Noah.

"I haven't slept in nine days," he said.

The three-time Grammy-winner told The Social that he loves being a dad.

"I sing to him all day and all night. When he's crying with somebody else and I hold him and I sing to him, he just stops. It's really cool."
