A Houston County jury has indicted three men in the death of a man found floating in the Ocmulgee River in April.

The Telegraph of Macon (http://bit.ly/MeTI9w ) reports that 27-year-old Matthew J. Pike, 29-year-old William A. Slaton and 35-year-old Daniel L. Slaton were indicted Tuesday.

The men, who are from Waer Robins, are being accused of killing and dumping the body of 25-year-old Justin A. Klaffka, a resident of Centerville.

The charges for them include murder, aggravated assault, battery, kidnapping and tampering with evidence.
